ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

EXPLORE THE DELIVERY PROCESS

One ticket.
A reviewed solution.

Follow an illustrative ticket from agreed scope through implementation and tests to engineer review.

A WORKED DELIVERY EXAMPLE

From a category bug
to a reviewable change.

Illustrative scenario based on the workflow above. This is not a customer case study or evidence of measured delivery results.

EXAMPLE TICKET / CAS-142

Keep Slots and Live Casino categories separate.

A shared filter groups games too broadly. The agreed change is to keep each category’s results separate without changing the rest of the browsing journey.

01 / Define what “done” means

Slots shows only Slots titles. Live Casino stays in its own category. Switching between categories preserves the intended results. Agree these criteria before implementation.

02 / Give the implementation context

Review the category filter, the callers that use it and the relevant tests. Confirm the repository conventions and identify the smallest change that meets the agreed scope.

03 / Prepare a change and regression tests

The illustrative workbench proposes filtering by the intended category rather than a general casino flag. Tests should cover both categories and category switching. The example does not establish that these tests have run in a customer environment.

04 / Put evidence in front of a reviewer

Present the proposed code, test changes, actual test output and any unresolved questions. A reviewer assesses scope, correctness and regressions before approval through the agreed release process.

The output to assess: a scoped change, regression coverage and review evidence. Your team retains release control.

What is Fusion Standard?

Fusion Standard is the AI software engineering SaaS platform operated by your engineering team. It connects repository analysis, ticket assignment, implementation, review and validation within your existing delivery process.

02

From scoped ticket to proposed change

Connect your tickets, repositories and AI agents. Assign scoped work to developers or AI agents, prepare code changes and regression tests, and assess the proposed result against agreed acceptance criteria before release.

03

Use your own AI provider accounts

Standard uses your own AI provider accounts and credentials. The terms and data-use policies of those accounts apply. Confirm the models, processing locations and access arrangements required by your organisation before connecting systems.

04

Your team runs the platform

Your team operates Fusion Standard and controls approvals. JadeX engineering services are arranged separately, so any engineering oversight or development support should be defined in a separate engagement.

05

When Standard fits

Standard suits teams that want to operate an AI-assisted engineering platform themselves and manage their own delivery process. If you want JadeX to manage the AI squad and engineering oversight, explore Fusion Autonomous.

06

Agree the setup before delivery

Start with the repositories, tickets and workflows you want to connect. Agree permissions, credential management, security requirements and the initial work scope before delivery begins.
